Neo-Chinese Dining Chair 

After researching the dining chair, I would like to design a dining chair that provides a comfortable seating experience and adds an aesthetic feeling to the dining room. The style of the chair is inspired by the Ming-Dynasty furniture. For this project, I want to apply the Ming Dynasty design elements including the back support design, the simplicity liner design element with the simple decoration to my dining chair. Also, I want to cooperate with the traditional style with some modern design elements like modified the wood colour and simplified the shape to create Neo-Chinese style furniture. The chair I would like to make should contain comfortable high back support and simplified Ming Dynasty decoration elements. Overall, this dining chair should add function and aesthetics to the room.
